When you purchase any of our ready-made beats, starter packs, or license upgrades, the product is delivered digitally and becomes available for immediate download. Due to the nature of digital goods, once a file has been downloaded, streamed, or otherwise accessed, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. This policy is in line with common practices across the music industry and ensures that digital content remains protected.

We encourage customers to listen to the provided audio previews and carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and license details before completing their order. All previews are identical in quality to the final product, so what you hear in the demo is what you will receive after purchase.

If you encounter issues such as corrupted files, incomplete downloads, or errors accessing your purchase, please contact our support team. We will work with you to replace or re-send the files at no additional cost until you successfully receive them in full working order.

For personalized services such as exclusive custom beats, mixing, and mastering, refunds operate under different conditions. Since these services involve dedicated time, creativity, and resources, refunds are possible only if work has not yet begun. Once our team starts production or processing, the order becomes non-refundable, as the service is custom-made and cannot be resold.

However, our primary goal is customer satisfaction. For that reason, most service packages include revisions or adjustments. We will collaborate with you throughout the process to ensure the final result aligns with your creative vision. Any additional revisions beyond the included scope may be offered for an extra fee.

If a customer is accidentally charged twice for the same product or experiences a technical issue (such as payment being processed but download not provided), they are fully entitled to a complete refund. Simply contact our support team with proof of payment, and we will verify the transaction and issue the refund promptly. Alternatively, we may provide direct access to the missing product if that is the preferred resolution.

Please note that refunds cannot be granted if a customer mistakenly purchases a license of the wrong tier (for example, a Standard license when a Commercial or Exclusive license was required). To resolve such cases, DreamStream allows customers to upgrade their license by paying the price difference, without the need to repurchase the product entirely. This ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness.

All licenses are clearly explained on our website, including permitted usage (personal, commercial, broadcast, or sync). Customers are encouraged to carefully read the licensing terms before completing their purchase.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their playback devices and production software are compatible with the provided file formats (WAV 24-bit HQ and MP3 320 kbps). DreamStream does not accept responsibility for issues arising from outdated, unsupported, or incompatible hardware or software environments. If you are unsure about compatibility, we recommend testing with the demo previews, which use the same format and quality settings as the purchased files.

While our general policy is strict due to the digital nature of our products, DreamStream reserves the right to review requests for refunds on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances. Such situations may include proven fraudulent purchases, unauthorized transactions, or verified technical problems that prevent the customer from receiving the product.
